Positive: Location is OK within walking distance to interesting places like restaurants, main market, cafe, bookstore, etc. Room is clean with comfortable mattress. There's also a small refrigerator for convenience.

Negative: wi-fi is not stable. Hallway has no light, and it's dark. Light in the room is not bright enough. No hand soap in the bathroom. Room is pretty small.
