Crescent Lakes Villa is nestled in the popular Crescent Lakes community, in Kissimmee, Florida and is perfectly placed for the shops, restaurants, fun and attractions that Orlando has to offer. This villa is huge, with lots of space inside and out! With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, family friendly vacation home is perfect for extended families, friends traveling together or for those that just need a little extra room, sleeping up to 6 people (even more if there are babies!). This home has a comfortable family room to relax in during the day or evening with flat screen cable TV and it is open to the kitchen and the dining nook. There is also a formal living room and dining room. The villa is equipped with WiFi and there is a flat screen TV in every bedroom.
Step out from the family room under the shaded lanai, and sit and eat al-fresco, while enjoying the beautiful Florida weather. Step on to the huge sun-baked screen enclosed pool deck from the master bedroom, and dip in to the cooling and sparkling waters of your own private pool (with optional pool heating)!
The kitchen has been equipped with everything that you could need to provide a family feast to enjoy together either at the dining area off the main family room, at the dining nook in the family room or out by the pool. The master suite has a queen bed, a tv and a full en suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms have queen beds and tvs as well.
C resent Lakes is a beautiful community off highway 192 and Poinciana blvd. approximately 15 miles from Disney. There is a grocery store and many tasty restaurants within 10 minutes. Crescent Lakes is a quiet, peaceful community with a beautiful lakes and a community tennis court and playground area.

Summary: The home needs some attention and updating. 1. The beds need to be replaced. All three beds are horrible. I did not sleep through even one night because they were so uncomfortable. The pillows might be as old as the house Is. They are so flat and They are maybe an inch thick & need to be replaced. 2. I Could not/would not use the pool. After contacting the management company, they stated that the owners need to do a resurfacing of the pool. However, it is impossible to tell whether or not the needs to be resurfaced but the majority of the pool was full green areas that look like algae, but I was not willing to get into the pool to touch them to find out. areas on the bottom of pool that makes sense And looks like they were just worn out. The whole reason rented this house was because it was a pool house But we did not get to use it. 3. All of the window coverings are shabby. There’s holes Or they’re being held together by zip ties, which makes it impossible to fully close no privacy 4. The cleaning people are not doing their job well there’s areas that were just gross. 5. When we got to the house, the lawn was well over 2 feet tall and just not maintained Not visually Appealing. Outside photo must be old. 6. Parking is an issue apparently there’s an HOA that doesn’t allow street parking and the driveway is barely big enough for three cars If you park one sideways. 7. Needs to restock the glasses and plates to match the number of people that they say can stay
