Summary:
The Champions Townhouse is a great place to stay in Columbus! Just minutes from downtown, this townhouse has been completely renovated, and designed to be exactly what a small group would want for their short stay in Columbus. From the moment you check in, you will enjoy clean finishes, and large open spaces. With 3 bedrooms, and a 2 full bathrooms ,and sleeping for up to 7, our townhouse is perfect for a group of 2 - 7 people.
The Space:
This bright, modern space has high ceilings, and granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a fenced back yard for your pet!
The first floor has a living room, eat-in kitchen, and laundry room. The living room is good spot to relax and watch TV, or catch up with your group. Beyond the living room is the kitchen with table that also makes a good work from home desk. Our kitchen has granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances!
Upstairs on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms, and a full bathroom. One room has a queen bed, the other has a queen and a single bed. All are equipped with very comfortable memory foam mattresses.
Our back yard is fully fenced in, and is shared with our neighbor. It is a good spot to allow your pet to use, but pets must be kept on leash at all times to ensure the safety of our neighbors.
The Neighborhood:
The Old Towne East area is just a few minutes east of Downtown Columbus. It provides great proximity to the city and to the Downtown area. Our area is full of houses and properties that are under improvement, and we are very excited to help be a part of the East side community improvement. We have homes in all areas of Columbus, and this area is one we would describe as and improving urban area. There are still several boarded up properties, and our street can be noisy at some times of the day.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft work really well in Columbus. Our house is also located close to a public bus stop, and just a few minutes drive to downtown. Being very close to the freeway, allows getting most places to Columbus from our central location in under 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:

Summary: Any problems I had they were taken care off in a timely manner. They bought cleaning supplies when we ran out I stayed there for a month and I can’t complain for the most part everything was great customers service was great.. would recommend my family or any family needing a long term visit you should book this property
