The house is located in a quiet residential area in the municipality of Saint Martin de Ré. We appreciate the immediate proximity of both the port (and therefore restaurants), the beach, shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, hairdresser, perfume, etc.), the pool (with spa) and the track Bicycle.
