Enjoy here your relaxing stay by the lake, in the heart of touristic Lake Como area, away from the noise but near the road: the position of the house is strategic, near the beach and the tiny harbor, near to all town services, convenient as a starting point for visiting around by boat or bus or ferry. The house is located in the village of Sala Comacina, far enough from the main road not to hear its noise. A garage (6.00mx2.80m) is available: it may be reserved and costs 10 € per day, you can see it in the ad photos.
The apartment, newly renewed, is in a typical village house, at the second floor, without lift: a great amazing suite where enjoy breathtaking views of Comacina Island from two Juliette balconies. It is a perfect spot, comfortable and well-equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, central heating, wi-fi free connection, satellite TV .
The apartment is on two floors, each one furnished of a fully-equipped bathroom for guests' convenience, with a small attic.
It offers a generous master suite and a cosy living area that both make it an ideal, romantic getaway for a couple.
It is also a perfect and comfortable space for a family, with the attic area (and two sofa-beds available only on demand, contacting the owner).
The entrance is a welcoming and lovely open living space, very bright thanks to the light coming in from the Juliette balcony. This common space consists od two areas: the first area is furnished with two large sofabeds, which can be easily turned into two single beds or joined to form a double-bed at night (for two extra guests, on direct demand to owner only). The second area includes the kitchen, well equipped with stove, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and electric kettle, and the lunch table with 4 chairs. There is also a folding table with two chairs at disposal. The bathroom on this floor is fully-equipped, with a window facing the lake and the below square.
When our guests are sitting down for lunch or dinner, they can enjoy the amazing views of Comacina Island just in front of them, and they can listen like a soothing soundtrack the sound of the waves!
Climbing up the NEW, very safe internal stairs, you will reach the generous master suite, which sports one king-size bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, a dresser and a fully-equipped bathroom with the window facing the lake and the below square. This master suite is a fabulous, exclusive layout for a couple: its full height ceiling provides a lovely uplifting ambience for relax. Over the master room, an open plan attic above is reachable by wooden staircase. Featuring a low ceiling, a window, and a queen-size bed (140cmx200cm), the mansard floor sleep area is a great bonus for families seeking kid-friendly accomodation.
