Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The hotel is very nice, although there are already some things that don't work and you can tell that high-quality materials were not used.
Negative: When you ask guests to pay a high price, everything in the hotel must be perfect. Unfortunately, the staff are not up to the task. The guy at reception was very nice, but the kitchen staff and waiters were rude and unwelcoming. A kitchen assistant woke us up at 6 o'clock in the morning by talking loudly, and when I got up and went to ask her to lower her voice, she was very rude. Ask exactly what time the kitchen closes because one evening they didn't want to serve us food even though the kitchen was closing an hour later.
