Positive: Very friendly staff and obliging. Beautiful breakfast each morning. The hotel itself was generally clean and tidy and well presented.
Negative: The lift was terribly noisy and woke us up each night and morning. Serious consideration needs to be made to rectify the lift as it is a huge deterrent to rebook there. The bed sheets had not been replaced upon arrival and had blood on them. This was raised with a staff member on the first morning who reassured they are replaced each day. Despite raising this, the sheets did not get replaced over the next three days. The bed was not made the first or second day, the third day it was made and the sheets still did not get replaced. So the dirty sheets were used over the 4 nights. Not acceptable unfortunately.
Summary: Overall the accomodation was good apart from the two issues raised.
