Positive: Comfortable room, friendly staff.
Negative: Very unpleasant surprise at breakfast; only hard-boiled eggs available readily at the buffet table (not even scrambled), and if we wanted any other kind, we had to pay extra. Very unusual for a hotel of this quality in Austria.
