Summary: We loved our stay here. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and the room was beautiful. The entire hotel maintains a sort of romantic vintage feeling but has completely updated bathrooms and every sort of modern amenity one could need. I would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in Karuizawa.
