Positive: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome :) I did appreciate the wifi connection, it was quite stable in case you needed it. Location is ideal if you need to catch a train. There is AC.
Negative: As a solo traveler, I didn't feel too safe - the neighborhood is quite loud at night (not safe to be outside in my opinion). The room door was quite worn out too (not highly safe either). Although the room looked fairly renovated, it could have been way cleaner. Also, no bed sheets.
Summary: I'd recommend it if you need to catch an early train
