Summary: I stayed in 326, the stay was horrible from start to end. After checking in around 10:30pm the key wouldn’t open the room door. 1st Maintenance man had an attitude, 2nd guy was great. Heat in bedroom wasn’t working so no one was able to sleep in bedroom because it was too cold. Balcony door off track in sitting area. Hair dryer did not work. Tv channels did not match guide channels. Jacuzzi was dirty 1st day with no water the 2nd day. Inside pool had the top open up the whole time while cold and windy making kids cold and sick. I doubt I’ll be returning!
