Positive: Bed is oké.
Negative: No promised sea view. Very little view at all, except of other apartments. Very poor Wi-Fi. The light in the apartment is white and bright, like on an operating table. (Cold) north-facing balcony. Owner difficult to reach. Impossible to check in early. Impossible to drop off luggage early. Before you can check in, a complicated process involving forms and photos of all travelers must be completed.
