The house is located in the heart of the Natural Park of Calblanque, in the town or place of Cobaticas. The beaches of the park are about 15 minutes walk and 5 by car or bus from the house. The access to the Park is through a road that alternates stretches of land and asphalt. Although Cobaticas does not have any commerce or service, the town of Los Belones is 5 minutes by car and Cabo de Palos and La Manga del Mar Menor less than 10 minutes away. Cartagena is about 30 minutes away.
In summer the entrance of motor vehicles is restricted for the visitor, the guests as well as the inhabitants will have a car pass to enter the Park and be able to reach one of the Parkings near the beaches as well as bus passes.
