Luxury holiday home in Lake Como Colico with shared pool, lake view, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, whirlpool, very large covered terrace, up to 6 people.
The holiday-apartment Deluxe comprises a private entrance, a very spacious and bright living room with sofas with Tv Sat, dining room, open plan kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, kettle, microwave, oven, etc.
The suite master bedroom of 55 sqm comprises a walk-in closet, double bedroom with beautiful lake view with TV SAT, full bathroom with toilet, whirlpool and shower, 2 twin bedrooms, another bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.
In each room there is air conditioning appliance.
The covered terrace with beautiful lake view invites you to relax, enjoy pleasant breakfast/ brunch and watch the sun set.
The shared swimming pool is made up of one pool of 20 sqm for children (60 cm deep) and one 6x10mt for adults, with solar shower, sunumbrella and sunloungers. The shared pool is exclusive only for our Villa Camalia's guests. A bathroom on the ground floor is availble. the pool is open from May, 8th to September, 25th.
The property comprises also 1 covered parking inside the property and 1 external private parking.
Extra costs to pay on arrival: € 150,00/stay for final cleaning, electricity and water.
