Positive: Very well equipped, clean, everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is in the middle of a garden (and the lake is immediately accessible on foot), very well maintained. Inside, the apartment is very well equipped, with everything you need. There are some additional services on top for a fee (I.e. using the air conditioning, wash machine). The host was very helpful.
Negative: The surroundings are not great - it is just outside Dongo, entering Gravedona, a location where you don’t have many restaurants around reachable on foot. So you need to be prepared for a home stay (we preferred to eat dinner home most evenings). The mosquitos - when the sun goes down they come and you need all sorts of measures to fight them.
