Relax at this private house with a pool in Makarska. Perfect for families who love nature and peace. You will have the whole estate for yourself, with barbecue and table, garden with olive trees and large parking. The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with dining area, and a kitchen. The house has fast and reliable fiber optic internet (+backup 4G dongle), air conditioning, Android TV, satellite TV in each room, etc.

Outdoor Space - At the back of the house overlooking the mountain you will find a swimming pool with a spacious outdoor dining spot that has a BBQ, table and chairs. The pool also has deck chairs, umbrellas, and a warm shower. You'll love the fact that there are no neighbors nearby and the house is surrounded by old olive trees. In front of the house is a large garden where you can park your car privately. No one else uses any of these spaces.

Indoor - This holiday home has over 120 square meters of indoor space. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the sea and beautiful sunsets.
