Minutes walk from Alex beach, this luxury home is an entertainer’s paradise. Enjoy dining, a drink or tappers with a view, play in the pool, or relax in the open plan living area. For the cooler months, light up the indoor fire place & enjoy the natural ambiance & warmth of the fire. We have even provided bikes for you to cruise around on.
Your getaway retreat awaits!. Whatever the reason for your stay, you’ll find everything you need for relaxation, rejuvenation and an amazing time with family and friends.
A few big drawcards to this property is the outdoor dining and entertaining with a view, large pool, fireplace and open kitchen living and dining.
You’ll enjoy an open plan kitchen and living area, with a 6-seater dining table, large lounge and TV, fireplace and fully equipped kitchen for whatever your cooking plans may be. The high ceilings large windows and bifold doors out to the balcony adds to the feeling of space and luxury that this property clearly has.
The kitchen has a electric cooktop, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a coffee machine.
The balcony has a view out to Alex Beach 6 seater dining table, lounging chairs and a BBQ.
Downstairs you’ll also find:
- Airconditioning in every room.
- Double garage with extra room for storage of the bikes.
- Laundry equipped with washer, dryer, sink and working bench.
- 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom
- Access to the backyard which has and alfresco area and fully fenced.
The three downstairs bedrooms include:
1. King bed -Smart TV - Split system Air-conditioning
2. Queen bed room - Ducted Air-conditioning
3. 2x King Single beds - Ducted Air-conditioning
Please note the King bedroom is located through the garage.
The main bathroom downstairs is modern and beautifully styled with a shower, bath, and toilet.
Walking up the stairs, you’ll come into the kitchen and living room to your left and the main bedroom and ensuite on the right. Into the large master bedroom, you’ll find that this is the perfect getaway location. The large ensuite is built for both comfort and style, with a large shower and double vanity. The bed is a comfortable king.
The whole house is airconditioned and beautifully styled for modern living and luxury.
Throw in an easy walk to the beach, and the central Sunshine Coast location, you’ve got the perfect holiday location, whether it’s a trip for just you, your family or a whole group of friends.
Pets are more than welcome for an addition $100 pet fee, however, we ask that you please clean up after them thoroughly. This includes inside and outside areas. Please keep your pets off the furniture and especially off the beds. It can often be hard to get animal smells out of the sheets and we want to be able to keep offering pet availability to future guests with fresh linen.
Should these rules not be followed you will be charged an additional $200 cleaning fee.
Please no events or smoking is permitted at anytime
If you are arriving back from the beach please ensure that you removed excess sand from your feet.
Pets:
We love being able to provide this property as pet friendly, however we ask you respect the following rules so we can continue to provide this for future guests
- CLEAN UP after your pet, inside and out. Vacuum any excess fur from inside the house.
- No pets on the bed. I know some of you are ok with this, however other guests with no pets are not. It can be hard to remove pet smell from the bedrooms
- Keep pets off the furniture
Please clean the BBQ and drip tray before you leave. This helps keep the cleaning fee charge down. If the BBQ is excessively dirty we will charge a $60 BBQ cleaning fee

Summary: Perfect house for our purpose of interstate intergenerational families age 0 to 69, visiting to celebrate a milestone birthday! Clean, modern, and spacious, with both indoor and outdoor amenity and zoned for privacy for all. Great to cool off in the pool.
