Walk into this wonderful three (3) story beach house and drop your bags! With literally room for the whole family, sleeping up to seventeen (17) people comfortably you will have a great family vacation! You enter the home in the great room that encompasses the open living room, dining room and fully stocked open kitchen with a comfortable sleeper sofa, love seat and chair. Also, on the main floor you have a side entrance that takes you to the secluded back yard with a stone paver deck and pool to cool off in. You also have access to the first of three (3) bedrooms. All three (3) bedrooms have their own ensuite bath. The main floor bedroom does share its bathroom with a separate entrance for guests. The bedroom with its high ceiling has a massive built-in full size mattress bunk bed system that sleeps four (4). You also have a fully equipped laundry room before you head upstairs to the second floor with a private large master bedroom at the front of the home with a king size bed, full ensuite bath and a private balcony facing the gulf! Across the hall after a built-in desk is the third bedroom that mirrors the first-floor bedroom with the same built-in full size mattress bunk bed system and an ensuite bath. Head up to the top floor family room where you have a mini bar equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. You have another custom built-in full size mattress bunk system with three (3) levels and a half bath. The couch in the family room is also a sleeper sofa. Bring all of the kids for amazing sleepovers! No need to worry about where to park at the beach. You are literally across the street from the gulf, with beach access through R. Seltzer Park. When you come off the sand at R. Seltzer Park, you have outdoor showers to wash the sand away before skipping across the street to your family vacation retreat.
