Welcome to our Kentucky farmhouse situated just outside Louisville on the way to Bardstown.
Outside, you have an entire acre available for entertainment, relaxation, and privacy. Inside, the home has been curated and influenced by local history, culture, and industry so you can relax in Kentucky style during your stay.
Right off the primary highway that circles Louisville, you have easy access to the Bourbon distilleries, Churchill Downs, local restaurants, and parks.
This historic Louisville farm spans over 2,500 sq. ft for your comfortable stay - including high ceilings, historic details, the original barn and smokehouse, and some original glass windows throughout. You can truly immerse yourself in a Kentucky experience inside and out. The sprawling first floor contains a cocktail lounge/library with restored original fireplace and record player with collection, living room with 65" TV and comfortable seating room for 8, a formal dining room for 8, modernized farmhouse kitchen with all modern amenities including microwave, Nespresso & Keurig machine, Bluetooth speaker, and bistro seating. There is additional activity and lounging space in our sunroom to relax, read local magazines and take in the views of the beautiful barn and countryside. The first floor has three bedrooms: the primary suite with bathroom, king bed and 50" TV, the "Blue" bedroom with a king bed and 40" TV, and the "Scotch" room with a queen bed. On the second floor, we have a dedicated leather reading chair across from two Twin XL beds. Finally, we have a dedicated laundry room with washer/dryer for your convenience and a lounging deck in back to relax and overlook our farmhouse acre.
We will send you an access code prior to your arrival. There are smart locks on all doors and Ring doorbells for a direct line of communication if needed.
