Head inside to the pavilion style living area which has an incredible indoor outdoor flow. Gentle breezes and natural light are in abundant supply. The entire space opens up to a wraparound covered deck where you will feel as though you are on top of the world.
What better way to relax and unwind than by sitting back on the deck and gazing at nature’s beauty. On warm days, the large free-form saltwater swimming pool is the perfect way to cool off. Complemented by a separate cabana and poolside woodfired pizza oven, this is paradise!
With five spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms to choose from, there is plenty of space for everyone. Multiple living zones throughout the property allow you to spread out while the standalone games room or studio pavilion provides a separate living space from the main house.

Located in picturesque countryside, the property is a two minute drive from Newrybar Village and ‘Harvest’ where you can stop in for a gourmet lunch. World famous Byron Bay is less than 15 minutes away with restaurants, shops, bars, cafes, the lighthouse, and the white sands and surf of award winning beaches.
Beautiful Lennox Head is also close by where you can stroll along the esplanade and grab a coffee before going for a walk along 7 mile beach. There is so much to do in the local area, or if you prefer, relax and do nothing at all.
