The 60-acre farm with cattle is located just 10 minutes northwest of Bertram, 30 minutes from Cedar Park and 1 hour from downtown Austin via the 183 tollroad. The three-bedroom, three-bath home blends rustic charm with modern elegance, offering the ultimate balance of tranquility and panoramic views of Burnet County Hill Country.
The Space
Designed with a Zen aesthetic, the open-concept interior space encourages family entertainment, dining and cooking to all be enjoyed in one area. The large fireplace provide a cozy space for family gatherings. A large window and outdoor front patio offer breathtaking views of rolling hills. The master bedroom is complete with a spacious master bath equipped with a separate tub and shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and an interior bathroom. The twin room features two twin beds which can convert to a king or space to work.
Outside, find your oasis on the back spacious patio, complete with a sparkling pool and soothing hot tub—perfect for stargazing or savoring serene sunsets. We are happy if guests want to walk our land and explore.
The fridge/freezer will always be stocked with an assortment of coffee, breakfast items and snacks to make your stay easy, healthy and fun!
