This amazing 300 sq. meters apartment at Goya Street with Serrano Street is at the heart of the best neighbourhood of Madrid - the Salamanca District. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a big living room and a wonderful terrace with amazing views, up to 10 people can have the most comfortable stay. You will be surrounded by the best restaurants and clubs, the Serrano Street with plenty of luxury shops, the Retiro Park and the Prado and Thyssen museums are just at 15 minutes walking distance.
This spectacular penthouse apartment has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a large living and dining room and an impressive terrace with the most amazing views of Madrid. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen and a washing room that also acts as a playroom for kids. Each room is fully heated and has an air conditioning unit. All the rooms in the apartment look directly onto the street so a lot of natural light comes in. The living room has large windows and and sliding glass doors which lead to an amazing terrace with stunning views of Colon Square, Serrano Street and Paseo de Recoletos.
The Terrace
The amazing 30 sq. meters terrace is a real gem, with some of the most spectacular views that you can enjoy in Madrid. The best part is that you can enjoy it at anytime, since the light and sun during the day is followed by the amazing night-time lighting of the area. Trees and plants bring the contrast between nature and city, and the large awning will let you enjoy a meal or just maybe a nice conversation in this amazing spot, regardless of the sun – or even rain!
The Living and Dining Room
The living room is full of light and divided into two different areas: a dinning area with a large table that can accommodate up to 10 people and a relaxation area that has comfortable couches and the latest electronics such as a Smart TV with pay-per-view channels, Netflix and a PS4.
The living room has two ultra-comfy Qbika Danish-style couches, two beautiful Danish-inspired chairs and two crystal BoConcept coffee tables. The entertainment offerings are huge: a 49 inches Samsung Smart TV with all the regular TV channels plus Movistar Imagenio pay TV with a vast list of private channels including all the soccer games and news. There is also a Netflix account that we invite you to use and a PS4 with some games and two controllers. The dining area has a beautiful BoConcept crystal table of 190 x 90 cm which can be extended to fit more people.
Master Bedroom A
When you walk down the corridor the master bedroom shines in the end. This gorgeous space turns every single ray of sunlight that enters through the window into a warm golden embrace. It has an ensuite bathroom and a queen size bed (180 x 200 cm). It also has a 42 inches TV screen and big closets. The room is dressed with Ana Juan’s original artworks.
We highly value your rest, therefore, all the beds in the apartment are made according to the highest standards of comfort. We select memory foam mattresses and pillows of the latest generation and the bed linen is made out of cotton of the highest quality, which is hypoallergenic.
Master Bedroom B
Everyone says there’s something special about Madrid’s sky. This room is as peaceful and pristine as the blue sky of the city. It has an ensuite bathroom with amazing views and a queen size bed (180 x 200 cm). It also has a 42 inches TV screen, large closets and a relaxing reading corner with a comfortable armchair.
Twin Bedroom A
Beautiful twin bedroom with two individual beds of 90 x 200 cm, which can also be joined to make a larger-sized bed of 180 x 200 cm. It has a private bathroom just outside the door.

This twin bedroom is adjacent to the dining room. The two sliding doors open to a beautiful view of the terrace. It has two individual beds of 180 x 200 cm that can be joined to create a larger bed in which two people can sleep together. Bunk Beds Room
Although this bedroom has been specifically conceived and designed for children and teenagers, it can also be used by two grown-ups since it has two large bunk beds (90 x 190 cm).
The Washing & Play Room
This mixed space works both as a washing room and a playroom for kids. A large closet hides the washing machine and the dryer, and allows the rest of the space to be used as playroom. We provide some table games and child books so that young kids can enjoy this area which is connected to the bunk beds room that they will love.
The Kitchen
The apartment has a large and fully-equipped kitchen, with a table to have breakfast or a quick meal at. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a nice meal with your family or friends. You will have at your disposal a fridge, a freezer, a 3 burner ceramic-induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle an Italian coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a toaster, a squeezer, a mixer, cutlery and of course a wide variety of pots and pans.
