This exclusive, oceanfront estate sleeps 17 comfortably. Sprawled across two palm-covered acres is your own private paradise. Hop in your heated pool or lounge at your swim up bar, all while enjoying 180-degree views of the turquoise waters of Exuma!
Sandcastle House is an entertainer’s dream! Relax in comfort with an open-concept floor plan, featuring large indoor/outdoor dining and lounging areas. A fully stocked, professional kitchen, is ready for a private chef or a gourmet cook. Hire a bartender to blend up your favorite Caribbean drinks at the indoor bar or swim-up bar in your pool oasis. A 50lb capacity ice maker means no running out of ice!
This family friendly house has lifejackets, pool toys, boogie boards, snorkel gear and 3 kayaks! Hunt for crabs and seashells on your secluded beach or use the provided coconut opener to sip from one of the many coconuts growing onsite. Settle down on the palm-shaded, out deck and enjoy a good book.
At night, soak up some AC in your large family room with comfortable seating for everyone. Our Smart TV gets all the big games and American TV shows through the VPN service. Not in the mood for TV? Enjoy the many games, puzzles and books!

Summary: Fantastic spot with tons of space in and outside of the house with stunning views. We went with my family and fiancé’s family (9 of us total) and had an amazing vacation. The house has lots of space, it’s stocked well and has an open kitchen. Jack was great with quick responses and communicating with us. Check in and out were very easy and he let us check in early. The pool was amazing, we were in there often as there was some weather passing through the states that made the water a bit rougher than usual. We checked out Jolly Hall beach and Cocoplum beach- both beautiful spots. Tim’s on the Bay is very close & had delicious food there with an incredible view. We booked a vacation there and also had our wedding there on the property. It was the perfect venue! We hired chef Tevin for 2 nights- a Bahamian style dinner and a surf and turf. Him and his crew were outstanding, the food was delicious and they were so much fun. We did a boat tour out of Browns Marine- a highlight of the trip. We heard about fresh fish from a beauty salon in a blue building in George Town across the street from the gas station -sounds strange but the fish was delicious! The noseeums never gave up biting us so I do recommend bug spray or something to keep them away. We had an amazing trip at Sandcastle. Everything is very close by-groceries, liquor stores, beaches, and the airport. Jack was a great host. The house manager and the pool guy were also great. We can’t wait to come back!
