Looking forward to hosting families who enjoy it as much as we do!
There is also a 70 ft deep garage that has 9 foot high garage doors. Plenty of parking for numerous vehicles and boats (clearance must be 9’)
We have often dreamed of a place where we could take our family and friends and have everyone stay comfortably together in one home. With that in mind we created a place that is fun for all ages. We created a place where big families or multiple families can come together and enjoy their time together. Our home offers all the amenities you need on one level, easily accessible from the front door. No stairs are necessary, unless you're heading down to the lower garage or parking areas. We hope you'll find this home convenient and comfortable for your stay.
As you enter the 4,000 square foot main home you will be greeted by a beautiful entrance that captures the exact essence of what we were going for, clean, light and natural. A place that makes you feel as comfortable as if you were at your own home.
-Game Room 1
As you come into the home you will notice an entrance to the left with a game room. This game room is complete with an oversized recliner couch, a smart TV, XBOX, Arcade games, Card Games, board games, and an oversized connect four on the wall.
-Billiards Room
If you walk through the entry and decide to turn right you will enter the billiards room. For those history buffs and Havasu fanatics on the walls there is a series of pictures, that explain the history of the London Bridge and how it got to Lake Havasu.
-Living Room
From the Billiards room you can enter into the Living room. Complete with a 70" smart tv, a sound bar and an oversized couch. Perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun.
-Kitchen
If you exit the Living Room you will find yourself in a hallway leading to the rest of the house and right across from the Living room is the Kitchen. The large and oversized kitchen is perfect for entertaining and we equipped it to be enjoyed by coffee lovers, food lovers and those looking to just spend some quality time with the Chef.
-Bedrooms
We have placed brand new beds in all the bedrooms. Each bed is made with freshly cleaned crisp white Linens. Each room has it's very own Smart TV, closet and all the comforts of home.
-Bathrooms
Each Bathroom has been completely remodeled. The showers have all been retiled, new vanities, new toilets and are all the amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Summary: Our kids loved the pool. It was the perfect temperature. The sleeping arrangement worked well for our family. The kitchen was big and there was plenty of lounging room. The kitchen was lacking a bit in dishes but I let the owner know what is needed so hopefully those issues will be resolved. Overall fun home.
