Positive: The apartment is very nicely decorated, modern and simple. The train station is located about 5 min away walking. It was roughly 25-30 minutes into the center of Paris each day. The small city has a local feel with pastry, meat, and bread shops. Overall, it was a great place for a week with the family.
Negative: The apartment seemed a bit dirty upon arrival. There was cat or dog hair on the furniture and ants by the front door. A faucet was broken in the bathroom, a bed leg was broken, and the toilet water ran nonstop, which was quite close to the bedrooms. We would stay here again, but there are minor flaws that would make the stay even better!
