Located in the center of the beautiful quaint Hatteras village on Hatteras Island. It’s equal distance to ocean or sound. Beautiful sunset soundview panaramic scene. Enjoy and relax watching evening sunsets on top deck with a screened porch and bar top with 4 barstools. Easy unloading on ground floor with elevator. The house is nestled among trees with a long driveway. The house is private being located further back and fencing on one side. There is an outside shower to clean off after a day with toes in the sand. It’s 4 bedrooms 3.5 bathrooms. There are 3 QUEEN bedrooms and one bedroom with 2 TWIN beds. Impeccably decorated and very well built cared for home. There is a teak outside bar located underneath carport with cornhole boards and ring toss for your fun and entertainment. There is a park style outdoor grill in back.

Summary: The house is amazing! Clean, comfortable, and cozy. We wanted a nice quiet get away and this was it. The neighborhood was nice and it is just a short walk out to the beach. We enjoyed bird watching from the decks and eating at the bar in the screened in porch. Homeowner was very nice and easy to get in touch with.
