Hartswood Farm is a superb wing of a former farmstead situated near the small hamlet of East Knapton, seven miles from the market town of Malton. This cottage sleeps eight people in three bedrooms, consisting of one double with en-suite shower, one twin with en-suite bath and a family room with one double, one single day bed and one pull-out bed with en-suite shower. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with dining area, a conservatory and an entrance hall with comfy seating and a woodburner. Outside there's off road parking for three cars, extensive communal gardens with furniture and shared use of a indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Hartswood Farm is a great base for everyone in your family. Amenities: Biomass central heating with woodburning stove. Electric range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own pool towels. Travel cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Extensive communal grounds with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 miles, pub 1 mile. Note: Single and pull-out bed in family room suitable for children under 10yrs only. The town also boasts a weekly general market, livestock and farmers’ markets, shops, pubs and tea rooms. The Yorkshire Moors are to the north, and the Yorkshire Wolds are to the south, and the city of York is within driving distance.
