Please note that there is a nonrefundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. all guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. this step involves uploading an id and a selfie holding the id to verify the booking details. the service fee is nonrefundable when the booking is canceled. lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox are a call-out fee of $350. and $1000 for smoking. australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders, and insects, mostly harmless. we don't accept cancelations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. we regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. there is also a building boom going on throughout sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary, the elevator replacement project will be commencing on the 3rd of june, 2024 both elevators will be out of service for the initial 2-3 weeks. after that, they will be working on one elevator at a time. anticipated completion date is on mid-may 2025.this property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Positive: Fabulous apartment, clean, fresh, quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Incredible location and views.
Negative: A small drying rack would be useful to hang wet towels and cossies after swimming in the pool.
