As you will find the property is perfectly located regardless of what you want to do. With easy access to the Hunter Valley and surrounding historic towns, or the many attractions the region has to offer. All you must do is decide what to do next.

Unit is on the road side of the building complex and as outlined in the listing description does not have views of the harbour. The property has city views which you can see in the photos.
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk is not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.

Summary: The location and layout of the unit are fantastic! I would rate this 3 1/2 stars if that was an option because of 3 major issues:1. There is only 1 key to the unit which was VERY inconvenient with two people staying who were not always coming and going at the same time. 2. There are NO blinds to the main room of the unit for the sliding glass doors to the deck. The unit facing ours in the building next door had a clear view into our apartment at all time! With full summer sun beaming in all afternoon, the AC ran like crazy and over-cooled the apartment.3. The living room lacked adequate furniture and what was there was cheap!
