Positive: Location, comfy bed.
Negative: Kitchen cannot be used at all, even though there is a fully equiped kitchen, instead we got an airfryyer and kettle in the room where we were adviced to stay as much as possible and only use kitchen to wash dishes. Also somebody entered our room in the middle of the night and even though the owner said it wasn't them, it happened approx. 30mins after they responded to my message I sent the day before, this was 2:30 AM! I would not recommend staying there unless in high need.
Summary: Airfryer and kettle in room instead of kitchen
