Positive: The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. The baths (Spa) are amazing... A real treat not to be missed. Great Japanese breakfast.

Negative: The hotel feels a bit old... I guess you could call it "vintage". It has 1980's or even 1970's "vibes". I kind of liked it but my room had a weird smell (moldy?) which was a bit unpleasant.

Summary: Baths and breakfast sensational. Nice staff. Don't go if modern comfort is your priority...
