Positive: Everything. We have stayed in 3 and 4 star hotels, but more more friendly and helpful. The reception staff were a delight, changing our rooms to ground floor due to my wife's illness without and problem. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet.
Negative: Nothing.
Summary: Brilliant, clean, comfortable, friendly ,excellent breakfast and value for money.
