With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms between the Main House and Carriage House, the property accommodates up to 16 guests. Enjoy sweeping Gulf views, relaxing by the private pool, gathering around the firepit at sunset, and reaching the beach with just a one-minute walk.
The three-level home blends modern comforts with Cape Dutch inspired architecture. On the ground floor, a heated Gulf-front pool, built-in grill, and wet bar create a laid-back outdoor living space. Inside, a media room with its own wet bar sets the stage for easy entertainment.
Take the stairs or elevator to the second level, where expansive Gulf views fill the open living and dining areas. The gourmet kitchen features a Sub-Zero double fridge, two dishwashers, a 6-burner Wolf range, and seating for four at the island.
