Views of Sarasota Bay and the city skyline are visible from the secondary bedroom. Floor to ceiling glass bringing the sunshine and outdoors inside. Soak in beautiful sunsets from your Florida room. This condo is nicely updated. Both bathrooms updated with new tile. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances with a brand-new dishwasher and microwave. New Paint! It also boasts lots of granite counter space, pullout drawers and soft close cabinets, a breakfast bar with barstools and is open to the dining and main living areas. The balcony is enclosed with sliding glass doors and has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite also has access to the enclosed balcony. 2nd Bedroom can sleep up to 4 with Queen Bed and Tommy Bahama twin day bed with pull out trundle. South Lido Beach Park is a very close walk nearby offering kayaking & paddle boards. St. Armands Circle is a short stroll away with access to world renowned restaurants and shopping.
