Positive: The location, the charm of the house, the owner. The lady spends her day cleaning and making sure everything is fine. She is also full of stories and advice.
Negative: I could have said the absence of A/C. But in fact, not only was it bearable by night with only the fan, but actually, we could better tolerate the outside heat by not being exposed to the alternance cold and hot. Again, it's just perfect.
