Positive: The apartment is located in a very good location - pratically on the little beach that you can access directly from the house itself. It had a swimming pool, outdoor and indoor communal areas and a very friendly cat that made this stay much nicer. Bonus points for the cat alone! The hotel staff contacted me on whatsapp and also provided opportunity to either leave luggage at the reception before check-in and even said we can check-in earlier. The communication was nice and professional.
Negative: Unfortunately, this stay was not worth the money we have spent (104 eur). 8 euros out of that money was a cleaning fee I learned about on the day of check-in (for a room that was not really clean). If I had spent half the price, I would have been somewhat okay for what we received, but for the cost of a nice hotel in Brazil, we got a room that smelled, the bedsheets were visibly stained and dirty with something that seemed like hair. The cleaning lady reassured that it came from the open window and offered to change our sheets, which was nice, but the cover of the bed had holes in it and was visibly used and old. There were termites in the house, so we found visible piles of whatever comes out of wood after termites on the bathroom rug and around the room. The cleaning lady also cleaned this after we mentioned it. Overall, we were trying to stay out of the room as much as possible as it was not pleasant to stay inside. Sure, we were also off-season, so maybe the winter had its touch on the house, but it seemed that the room was probably cleaned a long time ago and just closed for a while before we were offered to stay there. The breakfast was scarce as I managed to get one slice of cheese and ham, and then I did not see a refill. Overall, it was not clear if we could ask staff to cook something extra for us, but all the guests were wandering around the breakfast space a bit confused, looking for the food. There were many options for bread and yogurts and some fruit, but not much of the savory stuff that we found in other places we stayed in Brazil. So, overall, if you spend half the price we paid, you get a very well-located accommodation right on the beach. If you spend as much as we spent, then I am sure you can get a way better accommodation for that price somewhere else.
