Welcome to our specious house in the heart of Mount Waverley - the ideal destination for your Melbourne getaway.
Sitting in a quiet street, the fully fenced house has 3 bedrooms, 3 living area, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets inside the house and outdoor having a undercover deck and backyard with cubby house and basketball stand.
Room setup:
1st bedroom with a queen bed
2nd bedroom with a queen bed
3rd bedroom with a king single bunk bed
2 toilets on site with one standalone toilet and one inside the full bathroom.

Main living room with two sofas and a big TV.
Sunroom next to kitchen

Summary: The stay is the last minute booking but turn out to be a excellent surprise. The house is big and new. It has two living rooms, a well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms. Our stay are very comfortable. Winter in Melbourne get dark quite early so we don't have much time staying outside on decks and backyard (saw interesting big cubby house and basketball). Our two boys did spent a good time in the retreat room playing around kids game and board games. The house is clean and heater is good enough. Jess is an excellent host and provide good support whenever we ask for anything with the house. We would like to come again probably in summer time.
