The unit has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, room air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room as well as ceiling fans throughout. The washer and dryer are conveniently housed in the lanai closet as a space-saving measure. The bedroom of Grand Champions #135 has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom that includes a shower with a bench. The convenient second bathroom provides a shower/tub combo. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room to provide a separate sleeping space for the second guest. There is a television and a/c in both the living room and bedroom, along with free WIFI. Summary: Generally good. Screen to Lani needs replacing and doesn't slide well. Drapes in bedroom fell while we were there. Handyman did what he could but was not allowed to fix them properly. Parking spot is quite a distance from the unit.
