Positive: Check in was easy, just later than we would have liked, but this was because of the cleaner
Negative: Check in was quite late as the cleaner wasn't ready, so check in time was pushed back. Then when it was time to finally check in, the cleaner was sitting at the dining table eating
Summary: Great apartment in a great location, definitely recommend. Host is great and responds very quickly.
