The Great Room is wrapped in glass to maximize the view, and the refreshing ocean breezes! A sliding door provides convenient access to the spacious deck overlooking the ocean. There’s a natural gas BBQ grill on the deck, and two sets of tables & chairs.
The fully equipped Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including: a refrigerator/freezer (with water & ice available on the door), a six burner gas range, and a beverage fridge/wine cooler. There’s also your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or a Mr. Coffee maker. There are three stools at the Kitchen Counter, plus a large dining table. You’ll find that this is the perfect “Park-n-Walk location, offering convenient proximity to the beach & town, the boardwalk, and Avalon’s Surfside Park and adjacent playground located at 29th/30th Street.
