From BOTH the interior & the exterior of this two-story townhome, you’ll enjoy a gorgeous SUNRISE to begin each day, followed by panoramic ocean & coastline views and the soothing sound of crashing waves from both the interior & exterior of the property! This is a side-by-side home with another unit attached.
The property has been renovated and shows beautifully! The owner purchased all new furniture, and installed two new HVAC systems and a dual EV charging system!
The First-Floor features 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms, with one of Bedrooms having its own private Bathroom! The Hall Bathroom offers a tub, and there is also an outdoor shower with a changing area. Each bedroom has a wall-mounted TV. You can enjoy the “roar of the ocean” while sitting in the comfort of the street-side, shaded deck. As you ascend the stairs, you are greeted by a sweeping ocean view!!
The Second-Floor features a wide-open, bright & airy Great Room with a cathedral ceiling above, the private Master Suite, and an awesome deck! You’ll enjoy the beautiful views from the deck, the Living/Kitchen & Dining Areas and the Master Bedroom, where you can see the ocean while laying in bed!! Speaking of a bed – there’s a Queen size sleeper sofa in the Living Room.
The Great Room is wrapped in glass to maximize the view, and the refreshing ocean breezes! A sliding door provides convenient access to the spacious deck overlooking the ocean. There’s a natural gas BBQ grill on the deck, and two sets of tables & chairs.
The fully equipped Kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including: a refrigerator/freezer (with water & ice available on the door), a six burner gas range, and a beverage fridge/wine cooler. There’s also your choice of a Keurig coffee maker or a Mr. Coffee maker. There are three stools at the Kitchen Counter, plus a large dining table. You’ll find that this is the perfect “Park-n-Walk location, offering convenient proximity to the beach & town, the boardwalk, and Avalon’s Surfside Park and adjacent playground located at 29th/30th Street.
