Positive: The location at the beach and the breakfast on the beach were great. The bed was comfortable.
Negative: It's not a hotel but a homestay. It doesn't offer any hotel services except the exaggerated rates for laundry, tours and scooter rental. The Bungalow had many holes in the walls that were stuffed with toilet paper. The shower rack was already brocken and the bathroom was not really clean. They used buck spray before we checked in which led to many dead ants and insects falling from the ceiling. For the price of a homestay this would all not be a big deal but with prices that are in the same range like real hotels it's not worth it! The "restaurant" at the beach is a really simple warung and the food and service is not great.
