Summary: Outside hot tub was unfortunately out of use, the fire alarm went off 5 times during dinner and again at 7am in the morning that woke us up. I paid for half board but when I arrived I was informed dinner was a maximum £40 p/p anything more will be paid on departure. The doa is only available at a cost of £25 p/p and only available on booking systems and 2 hour max time located, no massage times available for the next day. I have stayed at hotel spas and the spa has always been included during my stay with no time limit so this was disappointing felt I was tied to all the hotels hidden extra costs.
