Located 200m from the seafront in a family-friendly seaside resort in West Cotentin, Le Cabestan is a very bright holiday home with a contemporary feel and spacious accommodation (110m²). You'll love the comfort, facilities and relaxing garden.
Ground floor: fitted kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, induction hob, Dolce Gusto, etc.) opening onto the large living room (pool table), cosy lounge with wood-burning stove and large-format TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime video), large bedroom (160cm bed - dressing table - TV), separate WC.
20m2 garage with utility room (washing machine - tumble dryer - additional fridge-freezer). Possibility of parking motorbikes, bicycles, etc.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 90/bedroom - dressing table), shower room (Italian shower - hairdryer - towel rail), separate WC.
Outside: separate games room (table football - large-format TV - connected darts board - sofa), enclosed garden, front and rear terraces (garden furniture - sofa - WEBER barbecue), table tennis, swing, board games. For your comfort, bed linen is included. Baby equipment available on request (cot, high chair, bath/changing table).
Our guests have access to the heated, covered swimming pool at LES CAROLINS campsite, 2km from the gîte, from 1 April to 30 October, from 10am to 8pm.
