Positive: Really enjoyed our stay while visiting the Christmas market on December '25. The host at reception was really kind and helpful, printed passes for us to allow us to take the bus into Salzburg for free and gave us maps, explaining where to get the public transport to get back and the location of all the different attractions Salzburg has to offer. The room was clean and warm, breakfast was superb, tasty and plentiful. Parking available on site and bust stop just few metres away.
Negative: We arrived early but found the door locked so we couldn't even drop our bags and use the toilet while waiting for the chekin time.
