Positive: Location was ideal for our purpose. Rooms very tastefully decorated. Kitchen organized with switches and drawers labeled. Great little coffee bar! Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels for each guest and shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Binder gave clear instructions on how to use tv, check out process, etc. Enjoyed looking out into backyard from kitchen. Owner very attentive. Hope to be back!
Negative: House does sit on a busy street, but far enough back to where noise was not much of an issue. We appreciated ceiling fan in kitchen. Bedrooms facing front of house could use one.
Summary: Charming house with location close to all Greensboro has to offer!
