Resort living in the beautiful “valley of the sun” house, very close to GCU, fully equipped 4 bed 2 bath house with a games, heated private swimming pool and nice backyard, full access to the whole house, only the storage is locked, perfectly located close to everything, walking distance from Walmart super center , Starbucks, and a lot of other restaurants and shopping centers, minutes drive to the airport, close to other entertainment and attractions in downtown phoenix, Glendale downtown, Scottsdale and Tempe.

Summary: What a gem! Home was in a safe neighborhood, easy walk to Walmart, Starbucks and Jamba Juice, Spotlessly clean, gorgeous heated pool (which was so nice for cooler March evenings) lovely outdoor space and tons of places to sleep. We were 6 women (4 adults and 2 teens) and we all had plenty of space. Fast and courteous communication with the owner. Fantastic stay!
