Summary: I stayed for about 2 weeks and had a fairly comfortable stay. Check in was easy and receptionists friendly and helpful. The room was pretty averagely sized with your basic amenities like kettle, tv, safe, wi-fi. Bed and pillows were great. Curtains were blackout. Shower room could do with some maintenance. The hot water in the shower didn't work, but maintenance was able to resolve the problem quickly. Some days housekeeping skipped my room for some reason, so I had to leave a note to make up my room whenever I needed them to. They sometimes don't change my towels too, which was annoying. Hotel is attached to a mall so you won't go hungry. Parking can be validated was well, and you pay a flat rate of RM5 a day.
