Flat Rock Retreat is on a beautiful tree covered acre and provides a wonderful place to relax, renew and unwind. The lot is bordered by a heavily wooded ravine which provides privacy and quiet in the evening hours while you sit by the fire pit or grill out on the patio. There is a covered porch area with cozy seating in the front of the house where you can sit and enjoy the country neighborhood views. The beautiful furnishings and decor add to the peaceful relaxing atmosphere inside the home.

Summary: We came from AZ for a wedding at the Dove Ridge Vineyard, which was about 10 minutes from the Flat Rock home. It was a perfect location and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home is better than the pictures. Everything that we needed in the kitchen was provided. It was nice to have coffee readily available! It felt very homey and it was easy to relax at the end of the day from chaos from the wedding. We were greeted every morning we went outside with a moo from the cow next door, it was cool to see! Jay was super quick to help me in a few issues I had (nothing with him or the home) and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Texas!
