Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I couldn’t have chosen a better location. You left the apartment and walked just a few feet straight over the boardwalk to the beach. You can see the dunes and the beach from the apartment. The location is excellent and the manager is very friendly and warm. The apartment however, was old and rundown. List of fixes that would make the apartment is bit more comfortable include: in one bedroom it was hard to sleep because the mattress was old soft and creaked; springs made noise every time you moved; when you walk into the apartment the first thing you see is closet doors off the rails and a washer and dryer sticking out; sofas are old and uncomfortable. Overall, location is amazing and apartment is old and rundown.
