Wonderful finca on the outskirts of Ariany, with a beautiful private pool and garden, where 6 guests will find their peaceful haven on the island.
The garden in this amazing villa is, no doubt, its main appeal. A great lawn area with a children's playground and a cozy corner with fruit trees surround the beautiful building and the great terrace with the chlorine pool. It is 10 x 5 metres and the water depth ranges from 1 to 2.4 metres. After a nice swim in the water, you can relax on the 6 sun loungers or the Bali bed, and enjoy a drink whilst reading a book under the pergola. Then, both the porch and the terrace outdoors, invite you to enjoy a delicious barbecue.
Inside, the living dining room meets you. It's the place to rest watch the satellite TV and enjoy your meals together while admiring the views to the pool. The spacious kitchen, with a ceramic hob, also offers a space for lunch and dinner. There are 3 bedrooms, with a closet and AC. One has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and the other two have twin beds. There is a second bathroom for the rest of the house and it features a bath. The laundry room offers a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. Finally, you'll find a baby cot and a high chair, 3 portable fans, and 3 more ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen.
The property is located 2.8 km from Ariany, a beautiful and charming Majorcan town. The fields around invite you to enjoy long and peaceful walks.
